DAYsss @ BANGKOK!

I nearly forgotten to blog about my Thailand trip.
Anyways, as it was a pure shopping trip, there isn't much photos to share.
Still, it was a crazyy shopping trip with me spending all my S$400 plus S$150 extra from yaya's mum. And yes, I didn't pay for any food, cab fees or whatever. Just purely my own shopping stuff I spent S$550. Totally overspent!
And because we walked like mad without stopping, to see that we waste no SECONDs, every night we paste salonpas underneath our feets and eat 2 muscle relax pills! It sounds crazy I know. Plus every morning, we eat some sunblock pills to prevent ourselves from being scorched by the 38 degrees celcius there. HAHA.
End up, I came back with around 40 pieces of clothings. Yes, all mine.
And if I promised you Lay's or any stuff from Thailand, I'm utterly sorry!
Cos I hardly had enough to spend on my own clothings. And, we didn't have enough baggage to carry more extra stuff home as we were loaded with CLOTHES!
Anyway, it was a dang fruitful trip for me! A crazy shopping trip!

I was quite pleased with the quality of hotel, for the amount we paid for.
I highly recommend FIRST HOUSE HOTEL because it's located IN Pratunam Market.
So, whenever we are loaded with stuffs, we just go back and unload ourselves.
And, we are ready to CHIONG once again.

The FIRST time we unload our stuff. It was simply crazy!
Just from Pratunam Market only!
And I already spent like S$200. Now you know why I'm broke huh.

I think this was the SECOND time we unloaded. It was spastic!
I can't show you all the clothes I bought here.
But, I've started to wear them piece by piece.. =)

I'm super happy to have bought this! My iPOD cover!
It's super 奢华 and super my style!
Only, 200Bhat. Around S$8.60. =P

And, Kai and I got a tamagotchi each. It costs S$5 each. HAHA.
But till now, mine died twice..

Ok, this is random. A fruity market.
Hence, a truck full of pineapples.

AuntieAnne's there is freaking cheap!
Guess the glazed almond or something is only less than S$2 if I remembered correctly.

Kai and i ate this at 25 Bhat. Around S$1.10.
It's a crepe wrapped with nutella and bananas.
Nice!

ChengYao's last dayy..

It was ChengYao's last day on 30th, Sunday. Now, Darryl and I are officially alone.
Hate it. Why can't the four of us just stick toegther forever?
I believe we can acheive some great stuff as four you know..
Mel's creativity, CY's mature thinking, Darryl's 口齿伶俐..
It's simply perfect can?

Anyway, we met up again.. And yes, it was to EATTTT again.. HAHA.

Had a mini gathering with the favorites!
Ali, ZX, Zhiwei and Regan at the alltime favourite, Arnold's Chicken!
HAHA.
It was still so full-of-laughter even after not meeting for sucha longggg time!

Cruel destroyer..

I didn't know that such a big thing happened in Gao Hsiung, Taiwan, until yesterday..
There was a charity program raising funds for the people.
And it was heart wrenching.

"阿里山倒了。我的家，小时候的回忆，全都没有了。。。"


I feel so bad because when ChengYao told me he had to go back Gao Hsiung for some emergency, I totally didn't know that it was so serious.
Really hope that everything's alright for you and your family friend.

Little quick update ~

Ok.
Life recently wasn't exactly fun. It was a half fun I feel.
Exam over last Saturday, but essays due this Saturday.
And I haven't even started! 10 pages, just kill me laa!
So, when I was about to have fun, the bloody essays popped out in my mind.
Once again, "I HATE YOU LARRY COBB"!

Yaya's birthday over.
And, no presents, no special celebrations.
Just a little feast at Waraku and home steamboat!
I didn't plan any surprise, as he thought it was more practical to buy him something he wants. Sooooo, a new 3Gs iPhone when his plan is due in October then.
Still, HAPPY BIRTHDAY YAYA!


And, Kaining and I are superrrr in the Thailand mood.
Everyday we just talked about how much are we gonna spend and what we gonna buy..
So, hurry 26 can?!
Ok, if Calene sees this, she's gonna 'wa lan' me on FB again.. HAHA!
But, I simply cant wait!

School's starting tomorrow~

I burnt my right calf last Friday, thanks to PokPok's exhaust pipe.
ONE BIG PATCH.
It hurts like mad now due to the skin tearing.
I took photographed the scar healing process down.
So, view only if you think you can take it ya?
I mean it!

Blsiter formed and whole scar loooks fugly like nipple!

It's a dang big ugly patch! No joke.
Look at the ratio of it on my leg.
Fugly.

I took this yesterday when almost all skin tore.
I know it's disgusting.
I can't really take it either.
The yellow patch's medicine, not pus!
So, no worries.

I only hope it doesn't leave a scar on my already-scarry-leg.
Cos, it's a dang big patch!
Anyway, exam's tomorrow. Like finally!
Can't wait for it to be over.
And, can't wait for August 26 to come, cos it's a FLY BANGKOK DAY~
Previously ZX asked if keen on Thailand trip.
And I said I needa save, so NO!
That's right. Everything's gonna be damn budget since I decided to go.
Hotel and food's gonna be on Yaya's mum, so, SAVE!
Oh, will be travelling with Kaining (yaya's sis) and yaya's mum only..
Yes, no YAYA but the two untimate shoppers! HEHE.
Can't wait to get there!

ONE of the reasons to why life with YAYA = HAPPY!

There was this day when Yaya and I went to catch Transformers at Cathay after my school. We came across this machine that seems to be able to let us catch some little mini cute soft toys easily. So, we tried. And within $4, yaya got me 2 mini ice creams. The big one is used to contain my house keys that I bought long ago...

Then, last Thursday, zilei, joanne, glenn and I went for Aston's at Cathay once again. And after that, the 3 girls decided to try to get it. After a freaking $15, we only managed to get a rabbit and a mini ice cream. A high price to pay for, yes, I know. For the process, please visit Zilei's.

And last Saturday, when at Cine, yaya and i decided to try our luck knowing that there's a similar machine there.. And guess what?!

$9, for 3! 2 tooth plus a curry pok that I simply can't resist!

With $2 more spent, a handkerchief plus a milk!

With $1 more, another curry pok!

And at the end of $12, look at my collection!

Seriously, life without yaya's a disaster......

Yesterday... 25 July 09

I got to interview and talk to the theme song singers for NDP 2009 yesterday-
Electrico and 陈伟联.
It was a phone interview though. =)
There were like many jokes created during the interviews and most importantly,
I'm glad that I learnt new stuff and understood a little about how media drags time.
A good experience I suppose?

Dinner out at Waraku with Darryl, Mel and Chengyao yesterday.
Throughout I was like... "天啊！也太Q了吧？"
The food was really superb!
And met Zhen and Jeb coincidentally. HAPPY!

Anyway, Mel, I'm missing you as I click on my hot keys now.
You're everywhere!

Officially, The First Ride.

I rode on "pok-pok" already!
HAHA.
Yaya bought me my helmet yesterday.
And, if your head fits 'S-size', you're welcome for a ride too! =)

Since young, my family owns a car.
So I'm kinda very used to sitting in a car everywhere we go.
And bike is seriously different!
When speeding, you can feel the wind slowly coming and finally embracing you!
But the second you stop, everything is back to normal.
The feeling was really weird though. HAHA.
But, I thought it was really dangerous.
Nothing to do with Yaya's skills.
Just that it's really 肉包铁 and I think no matter how careful a biker is, it is still dangerous.
But we were on the road from his house to mine at 01:15am, so traffic was great!

Anyway, it was my second ride on a bike.
First one was on ali's, years back when he just passed.
And Yaya asked... "I more stable or ali?"
I was like... "Hmm. Ali lorrr."
HAHA.
Seriously, Ali was. But I thought Yaya was riding well too.
Especially when I'm not a light one. Hee.

You're so cool baby..
And I'm a 'teeny weeny' proud of you...
Afterall, it was a 10-points, 1-time-pass.
